The spotlight shifted to the Carmen Gymnasium on January 11, 2026, for the highly anticipated Miss Carmen Talent Night. As the 4th night of our Town Fiesta, the evening was a vibrant display of artistry, culture, and personality. Miss Carmen 2026 Candidate Number 14- Princess Lady Fatima Lagrosa of Barangay Villarcayo wins the Best in Talent by Performing Traditional songs in Flute along with her soft calming voice that captures the heart of the judges and the crowd. It was proudly sponsored by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation, the event gave our candidates a platform to showcase their unique gifts—from traditional dances to modern performances. It was a night that truly celebrated the empowered young women of Carmen.
