The Carmen Church Plaza was filled with pride as we officially marked the start of our 157th Foundation Day. The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by our Mayor Hon. Conchita Toribio Delos Reyes and the distinguished guests, Hon. Erico Aristotle Aumentado, Governor of Bohol, Hon. Nicanor Besas Jr. Vice Governor of Bohol , Hon. Ricardo Francisco Toribio, Municipal Vice Mayor, Rev. Msgr. Raul Cuyag. We were also honored by the presence of the Provincial Agriculturist, representatives from DA-7, our dedicated SB Members, the Municipal Agriculturist, and, most importantly, the vibrant People of Carmen.
