Mayor Conchita Toribio Delos Reyes represent the LGU Carmen, as the LGU teams from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office and the Municipal Accountant Dexter S. Chan, CPA, personally handed over donations to our neighbors affected by the devastating earthquake in Bogo City and the Municipality of San Remigio, Cebu.
